    • This is our second tournament of the season. It was held at Traverler's Rest High School. There were 450 wrestlers. We got up at 5am; met the bus at 6am; got to TR at 7am; tournament started at 11am and got home that night at 10:30 pm. It was long, long, long. But I won, won, won 1st Place all the way. And wouldn't you know it, they ran out of medals. How does that happen? They are going to send one to my coach for me. I hope it comes soon.
    • A match and meet that made history. For the first time in 11 years we beat our rival school 42-33 upset even with 3 forfeits against us (18 points). This was also the first win of my high school career.
