Alex Verdugo is a 13 year old left hander who throws mid to high 80's with his fast ball with a change and curve in the mid to low 60's. His splitter and slider are just bonuses of what he has. He is also a switch hitter with tremendous power from both sides of the plate. He is hitting over 400 ft consistntly. He is also in 8th grade.............Tucson, AZ.........

There are 2 outstanding 12 year olds playing for a 13 year old select team in the Houston area. One is 12 year old Grant Guillory who many compare to a young Derrick Jeter. Has outstanding range at SS and very disciplined at the plate. Jeffery Lonnecker who many consider a young Greg Maddux throws in the 70's, however his upside is tremendous. Both of these kids are scholars as well as excellent baseball players.

Drew Nichols RHP, 6' 155 lbs, current 8th grader from Manteno, Il. throws in the low 80's with a lethal curve in the 50's and change up in the mid -upper 60's. Great command of all pitches. Will play in Catholic league in HS. Player to watch.

Don't get me wrong, these kids are good but I already play college ball and plan to get drafted next year from a brand new jucco with no aspects from others of even winning... Sometimes its Great to be the under dawg!!!
