Changing positions
im thinking of changing my position before i get to the varsity level next year receiver/tight end or should i stay at linebacker? i run in a decent speed, strong but not as strong as a fellow outside backer.....

i would do what michael says but if you do it and are good at both learn both i had to learn how to play 5 spots on defense this year incase anyone got hurt i could play there spot and my back up would come in i knew how to play mike an willie the two middle backers knew all the blitz for each one and the check calls i knew how to play sam and rover the out side backer and knew all the check calls for them and the blitzes and then i knew both tackles and ends and all the plays for them. then on the other side of the ball i could play fulback or either guard..it helps in the future to know as much places as you can
