Gelhar, a junior at Saint Martin’s, made 78 consecutive
free throws this season to set an NCAA all-division
record. The streak began on Dec. 18 and lasted until
March 7. She finished the season with a .969 free
throw percentage (94 for 97), tops in any division.
Raymond, a 6'10" senior center at New Boston Huron High, led the chiefs (22-2) to their first Huron League title in 32 years with school season records in blocks (127), rebounds (180), field goal percentage (.720) and free throw percentage (.770).
Chase, a senior point guard at Northwest Christian High, is the only player in Washington history to start on four state championship teams, finishing his career with 1,701 points, 422 assists, and 325 steals. The Crusaders were 114-4 in that time.
Bryan, a junior at Norfolk Academy, was named most outstanding wrestler at he VISAA state tournament after pinning all four of his opponents in the 112-pound class within the first minute of each match. He finished the season 48-1 with 38 pins.
Allison, a junior at Highland Park High, won the 200- and 500-yard freestyle finals at the state 4A championships for the third straight year. Her times of 1:47.65 and 4:46.28, respectively, are state records and earned her 4A female swimmer of the year honors.

Play Video Andrea, a junior guard at Grace Brethren in Clinton, MD, is the Eagle's alltime leading scorer with 2,425 points. Her 20.6 average helped the team to a 28-2 record and second place at the National Christian School Athletic Association Division II tournament.

Brandyn, a senior at Hopewell High, was named the MEGA-7 conference player of the year by The Charlotte Observer after leading the Titans to a 26-0 season and the Class 4A state title. the Harvard-bound point guard averages 13.5 points and 5.6 assists per game.
Play Video Christian, a senior third baseman at Kennedy Kendrick Catholic High, won the International High School Power Showcase Home Run Derby; he hit 19 homers before reaching 40 outs to beat 68 other top high school hitters from nine countries.
Play Video Timothy, a junior at Ridley Senior High who wrestles in the 119-pound class, had a pin time of four seconds at the Ridley Duals. According to Wrestling USA Magazine, he tied the national high school record for the fastest pin in the 116- to 120-pound range.
Play Video Cameron, a junior at Brentwood High and the defending state champion at 189 pounds, was 36-0 at week's end, improving his three-year record to 115-6. He was named the season's most outstanding wrestler by the Middle Tennessee Wrestling Coaches Association.
